Ann Grez graduated from the Pennsylvania School of Muscle Therapy in King of Prussia, PA in 2006 and opened Pro-Active Muscle Therapy. Since that time, she has continually sought to expand her expertise through many hours of hands on work with her clients, research and continuing education courses including Pfrimmer Deep Muscle Therapy, CranioFascial Therapy (CFT, formerly Brain Therapy), Upledger's Craniosacral Therapy (CST), Orthobionomy and more.
Ann has an extensive background in working with newborn infants, toddlers and small cildren. Her hobbies include reading, hiking and spending time with her dog, Spencer. Ann spent 20 years as a volunteer in the field of K9 Search and Rescue, training four of her own search dogs, instructing new handlers, teaching specialized courses and holding certification testing for the National Association of Search and Rescue.
Over the years, PAMT grew to include multiple therapists and now has transitioned into a complete client focused center for independent therapists specializing in the healing arts. PAMT's continued vision seeks to better the lives of our surrounding community. Ann is currently taking new clients 12 years of age and younger.
